CARE
JA.LIZAH creations are handcrafted from exceptional and delicate materials. In order to preserve them, we recommend following the instructions below:
Jewellery:
- Avoid exposure to perfume, cosmetics, household cleaning products, pool or sea water and high temperatures as this could affect its color and form.
- To protect your Artefact, store it in a dry place.
- To keep it gleaming, we recommend carefully cleaning it with a soft, dry cloth.
Leather Goods:
- Avoid overloading it.
- Protect it from sources of damp, excessive light and heat.
- Avoid rubbing against any abrasive surfaces or materials whose colours could rub off on your clothes.
- Avoid any contact with liquids, grease and chemicals.
- Avoid using chemicals on the metal hardware.
- To protect your Artefact wrap it in tissue paper and store it in its pouch.
- If it presents traces of dirt or damp:
- Gently wipe the dirt away with a slightly damp, soft natural-coloured cloth.
- If your Artefact comes into contact with water or grease, avoid wiping it; instead dab it gently with a soft natural-coloured cloth or paper towel.
