Amidst the chaos of golden threads dancing and transforming, harmony emerges from the heart, the centrepiece of the Treasury collection. This 0.5-kilogram, golden masterpiece, worn lightly around the shoulder and infused with golden light, is the handcrafted Power Bowl Bag. Its dynamically arranged wires, inspired by the heart, radiate endlessly.
storylines unfolding
The distinct lines in the wirework represent continuously unfolding storylines, reflecting the metaphysical cages the designer is breaking free from. These cages are visually transformed into artefacts of personal power, collectively building protective personal armour and strength.
the eye
The Power Bowl Bag also offers a contemporary visual interpretation of the Eye of Ra, a significant symbol in Egyptian mythology. The wirework represents the sun, snakes, and other iconic imagery from ancient Greece. Drawing on subconscious associations during the design process, the Power Bowl Bag exudes an enigmatic allure.
